.......... Stephen, hold diet and supplementation during preparation?
Diet is the foundation of everything. I eat breakfast especially oatmeal sometimes eggs, a snack still carbohydrates ie. Bananas or other fruits, rice with meat lunch, for dinner, I'll put vegetables and meat. Poison combination of diet according to blood groups and bodybuilding diet. From supplementation I prefer BCAA and vitamins. Proteins are nouzovka rather solves protein intake from the diet.


What is your training split?
I train every other day. Foot and calf / arms / shoulders-back and benchpress ride in troop training once a week ................................
